Heather Freeman PT DHS
Physical Therapist



Heather has been with the Shelbourne Knee Center at Methodist Hospital since 2005. She completed her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physical Therapy degrees at Bradley University, then attended the post-professional program at the University of Indianapolis to complete her Doctor of Health Science Degree. She has been practicing as an orthopedic physical therapist since 2004.


She is also certified as a strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Heather currently works in a research capacity at the Shelbourne Knee Center.
